Notwithstanding the above, the Grand Jurisdiction subjects itself to any other units that may be assigned from time to time including High Priest Conclaves, PIG., and Past Matrons Conclaves
Objective
- To teach and practice Fraternalism.
- To promote the principles of Friendship and brotherhood among its members.
- To exercise supervisory control over the branches and Units under its Jurisdiction.
- To assist in the relief of members when sick, disable, or otherwise distressed and to assist in defraying the funeral expenses of a deceased member their spouse and children, subject to the rules and regulations as may hereafter be enacted, as may not be inconsistent with the Constitution of the Order and the Laws of the State of New York.
Vested Authority
Sec. 1 The Brooklyn District Grand Lodge No. 1 hereafter referred to as the “District” is vested with full authority to govern and superintend all Units under its Jurisdiction and to ensure that all rules and regulation set by the said District are strictly adhered to.
