Alfred J. Nimrod Scholarship Assistant Fund
The Scholarship Assistant Fund established within the Brooklyn District in memory of the late Rt. Hon. Alphaeus J. Nimrod, Past Grand Master of the District, and shall be granted to a child or grandchild of a member of the District to pursue their post-secondary education.

The Alphaeus J. Nimrod Scholarship Assistance Fund shall be granted periodically to a child or grandchild of a member of the District Grand Jurisdiction.
The Alphaeus J. Nimrod Scholarship Assistance Fund is be awarded to a member’s child or grandchild based on scholastic ability and who has been accepted or attending a reputable post-secondary institution.
Inter-District Benevolent Fund
Sec. 1: There shall be an Inter-District Benevolent Fund within the District Grand Jurisdiction which shall provide immediate emergency relief to a worthy member of the Units of the said Grand Jurisdiction, in cases of emergency, severe disaster, or grave distress.
Sec. 1b: The Inter-District Benevolent Fund shall be funded by the membership of the District Grand Jurisdiction through their respective Units which shall keep a record of each member contribution towards the Fund.
Sec. 2: The Inter-District Benevolent Fund shall be administered by a Board of Trustees comprising the District Grand Trustees and a Trustee from each Unit within the District and supervised by the District Committee.
Sec. 2.b Emergency Fund disbursement shall be determined by the Board of Trustees and dependent on the severity of the disaster or distress and the economy of the Fund.
District Management Fund
Sec. 1: There shall be a Brooklyn District Management Fund in the Grand Jurisdiction for the purpose of defraying the administrative and operational cost of the District.
Sec. 1b: Each member of the District shall contribute annually to the District Management Fund a sum determined by the District Committee from time to time consistent with the District’s operational needs.
District Charity
Sec. 1: The Brooklyn District shall make charitable contributions to authorized organizations periodically, based on the economy of District’s Fund.

This committee is responsible for feeding and clothing the less fortunate in our community.
